Well clearly
this is down to too few guns being involved in the situation. As our American cousins keep pointing out - if everyone's got a gun, situations like this don't happen. The chap who got shot clearly got this wrong and carried a knife instead. If he'd had a pistol, eerything would have been hunky dory.
