Evil Pranks
As a student Joel Veitch attached a hose from the sink into my bed. I slowly woke thinking I'd pissed myself. I had the last laugh though. He had to pay for my ruined mattress.
What's the most evil prank you've ever played on someone?

ebay
I've just sold my wifes laptop on ebay.
Although I backed up all her stuff before posting it I told her "I thought she did it".
She was cross enough that I "just decided" to sell her laptop anyway.
To be fair, I was getting annoyed with her using her laptop when I was trying to watch TV.

Why the hell would you sell something that wasn't yours to sell?
That's bang out of order. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's theft.

Ha ha - I was wondering that myself
Maybe people are worried that Santa won't come if they're bad.
OK, some of the stories of rape and the like are taking it much too far, but there does seem to have been an element of Daily Mail-itis around here this week.

I'm sure there's more to the story than
"just decided to sell it"
it's not like the man nicked a laptop off a mate and sold it, it's his wife, and if she had been completely unhappy with it then I'm sure a stop would have been put to it

well the WHOLE story is...
... I've bought her a new one for Christmas. But she doesn't know that. All she knows is what I told her "We're short on cash and need to pay the council tax, so I've sold your laptop on ebay". :-)
Yeah, she argued but I nipped it in the bud with "well I've already sold mine!".
