I've just come back from Las Vegas
I didn't gamble there, being perfectly certain of getting carried away and losing my shirt. My daughter did though and won.

However, our best 'win' was learning how to get plastered on drinks at one dollar each - beer, spirits or whatever, all a dollar. We'll certainly be back!

you can still have fun
I have been to vegas a couple of times and I understand that feeling of getting carried away. But you can still have a go on the penny slots.
And I too love the fact you can have some of the best cocktails , as long as you keep tipping the waitress she will keep them coming.
