I like sticking "You just lost The Game." postit notes up around offices where I work, in hard to reach places.Never head of the Basilisk. Reminds me of The Hyperion Cantos; an amazing concept! I have now completely re-organised my priorities, and I for one welcome our new artificial superintelligence overlord.
