Life Coaches
What can a life coach offer that you cant get from just speaking to a good friend who takes time to sit down with you and give you a honest opinion / advice ?

Structure, challenge your process's, beliefs, behaviours, help you set challenging a realistic goals, support and encourage, ask really good questions that enable you through new ways of thinking and changing your pespective?
hopefully the above but as 98% are cunts go to a friend.

They're just another folly invented by the rich as an excuse to spend more cash.
No one who is a life coach is a real person, nor anyone who goes to one.
