There is a hole in the roof to this day-
It was bitterly cold, if you can believe that happens in SE Texas, and I had been out deer hunting (man, sound like a redneck here). I had on very thick gloves that made it hard to move my fingers. When I returned to the house, I was walking to the door in the garage. I had the gun in both hands, and inexplicably, I had forgotten to unload it as I aproached the house. In a bizare act of fate, it slipped from my grasp and the butt of the gun made contact with the floor hard enough to discharge the gun. It was parallel to my body, and the bullet passed just an inch or so in front of my face. I almost blew my head off.

Pushing 30
I decided I would grow my hair back out, like I had it in college. Only problem is, that just makes the grey more obvious. and then there is that really thin spot there in front.
and just having a 4 yr old kid, that makes you feel plain old on its own. career, house, actually having a car, with no car payment, how did that happen?

Ouch, I am such a moron
I was with my whole family in my uncles garden, cutting okra. I had my knife hacking off the stinky little pods when this big nasty bug landed on my hand. I swatted at it to drive the bugger away. Um, but I forgot that I was swatting it with a knife I used to spend hours sharpening. a two inch gash appeared in my hand as blood poored out. I told everyone I just missed the okra I was cutting and hit my hand. Far fetched, but hey, I swatted a bug with a four inch blade...Which is worse

And I agree, ketchup is kind of gross. It smells bad if its in large quantities or it sits out too long (there we go again) and mustard is almost as bad. Not that spicey brown stuff the French came up with, but that crappy yellow baby crap that we serve on stuff here in the states. It reeks.

To continue on the condment idea here, mayonnaise...that stuff is just sick. Oh, please, spread a big glob of white fat on my slice of bread...mmmmm...and then it turns colors if it sits out to long. I hate when food turns colors.
