People of Asian and American descent have dry scaly earwax. Those from Africa and Europe have a more moist earwax and it darkens when exposed to air.

I'm half Asian and European, so I guess mine is juuuust right.

» When animals attack...

Teddy.
I love dogs and I get along well with almost all of them. My friend has a small psychotic dog named Teddy. There are ongoing jokes about this jerk hiding knives and plans for atomic bombs in his bed. From the moment you enter my friend's house, Teddy does not stop barking. He's a nervous wreck and in need of therapy. Anyway, one day he was bloodthirsty. More so than usual I mean. The jerk sped after me as I was leaving my friend's house. He bit my leg, probably in hopes of ripping it off to use in his satanic worship. I'm terrified of this small pet and practice great caution whenever I see him.

» Beautiful Moments

ewww mine makes me all mushy inside
I was in Kauai on vacation about 5 years ago. Lemme paint a picture of this place for you. The water is unbelievably clear and blue, how water should be. Red is the color of the dirt, all plant life is green and lush. Mountains are so tall they kiss the clouds. As you can imagine, every picture I snapped was unreal. I was miles away from all things that pissed me off. Honestly every single moment I spent on that island was beautiful. However the most beautiful memory is of me and my Dad. He loved motorcycles so we rented a Harley and spent 3 hours riding around the island. Hawaii doesn't require you to wear helmets so we were free of all restraints. I was with my favorite person in the world, trusting him entirely to keep me safe on the ride. The best part was when we rode through a rainstorm for a few minutes. The rain drops zapped my legs, kinda stung. But I felt completely connected with the Universe. I felt surrounded by God (I'm not a particularly religious person either) and love. Riding through those aesthetically delicious juicy hills I realized how thankful I am to experience life. Almost as if the rainstorm represented the bad parts of life (corny but you had to be there!). I'm thankful to be around for even those times. This moment is even more precious to me as my father passed a few months after that trip. I'll savor it forever.

Earlier this week the guy I was dating told me he's seeing someone on the side and all other kinds of crap. This mixed with my grandmother in the hospital just did not make my week. Ehhhh stupid but I'm glad I got it out.

» Guilty Pleasures

Woah I'm gross I don't care hahahaha.
I'm obsessed with cutting my toenails. I do it constantly, not a single nail will grow on my watch! In the winter I also obsess with cutting the rougher parts of my skin. Sure it is gross/doesn't allow for nice pedicures but I MUST. I will admit that I have bit my own toenails in the past. Mmm Mmmmmmmm! Let the record show that I also moisturize them regularly and they are not ugly in general, just messed with.
