Party planning
The one stand out piece of advice my Dad gave me during my teens was:
"If you're going to have a party, host it the night the clocks go back, that way you get an extra hour."
Makes good sense...

Oasis
Oasis are dreadful. Uninspired, coarse and boring. The fact that a band can perform what are essentially poor Beatles imitations for over ten years without refining their style and still being respected confuses me immensely. Their music is so average but because of their background they are 'honest'.
And the Gallagher brothers! The fact that they've devised a few 5-chord (at most) cliched 'anthems' means they think they are the bottom line in musical criticism apparently!?

Deja Vu
This happens to me quite alot. Its an odd feeling but more often that I can trace the deja vu back to a dream. Even though most often if it is a dream in which I am doing something fairly usual, there are often links to that vague emotional stain that gets left behind when you remember a dream.
Some of my friends have confessed similar events, anyone else?

Oh old people...
My grandparents on my mother's side swear by the medicinal purposes of alcohol.
"A pint of Guiness a day..."
They live on the stuff, take heed of the present tense. It can't be that bad then...
