That animates WAY too fast on Firefox
This happes occasionally, is it something to do with different defaults between browsers?

the thing is
IE is a PILE OF CRAP that can't show any animation with less than (I think)
1/20'th about a fifth of a second between frames. So anyone who accidentally makes an animation with a frame-rate of 1/100th of a second will not notice anything on IE.
