Speaking of geeks, have you sen the shows on BBC 4 'the cult of..."? They are mulling over the ropey old Sci fi shows that the BBC made in the 70's. It was Adam Adamant the other night, Star Cops last night and Survivors tonight. Christ I'm old, and geeky.

I truly don't remember it
myself, and I don't know why not. There was another one, Tripods, apprently ran for 2 series in the 80's and I have no recollection of it, mind you I'd have been in my 20's and never out of the pub I expect ( or in the army )

Oh, Tripods was really good.
But they only did the first two books of the trilogy. I'm part of a generation of geeks who are bitter at the BBC for never finishing what they started.
