It's only fair
plus I was polite but ensured that it was understood that the CC license counts for something. I shall write back and thank him. It's only a small victory though, they still can't stop doing it in the mags.

I will give you some free money if you desrve it so answer these questions:
1. Did you ever witness something nasty?
2. Did anyone ever "look at you funny"?
3. Did your mum ever refuse to give you sweeties with the excuse that "your tea will be ready soon"?
If so, you are obviously a traumatised victim and deserve money and lots of it.

hmm, but what if someone sees that I'm rich and they are poor, and the difference in spending potential means that they become sad
They'll sue me for the stress of making them become sad and they'll take all my money
arg, but then I can sue them for taking all of my money!
hah!
The system works!

Oh there is a user at the nuts forums
who posts pictures every day, most of tem from here. That's not so bad in itself although credit would be nice but he actively removes the tags and puts his own on so I mailed Steve up there at IPC and pointed out that most of us now claim copyright for our stuff and it was out of order.

guess there's something to be said for that digimarc thing
does it actually work?
( ,

Yeah digimarc works fine
but it's stronger when you subscribe to it. I always forget to use it. There are plenty of other invisible watermark too.
Just add one of these at the top of your profile and thumbnail your pics in your profile so that it covers the things you make
creativecommons.org/license/
put one on your website to if you post original works.

I remember last time I
bought premiere and tried to install it. It fucked me off because I did not have a pentium cpu.
Yes digimarc is on photoshop but its just a standard digital watermarker. It does not mark the image as yours specifically until you buy a license.
I've got Adobe design premier CS3 so ner!
( and the whole CS2 suite, and most of CS1 and photoshop 5,6 and 7. And Macromedia studio 8. Damn you Adobe, I could have bought a frigging house if not for you! "

seems the folk who know
use final cut pro
tho that of course means buying a mac
but as I don't have a compelling need to do broadcast standard editing just yet I think I can get by without it

Yeah that's the fella.
I don't really mind seeing my images on other websites, it can be flattering but this cheeky cunt puts his name to it and leeches the reflected glory, so fuck him. Besides, he looks exactly like a guy I know who I expect I'll have to punch soon so he got my back up ;)

violence isn't the answer
