Not on this board or any other. A moderators job is to primarily make sure that unsuitable material is removed followed by unsuitable people.
I've been Admin on commercial boards much, much bigger than this little oasis and i can assure you that little escapade would have resulted in an IP block quicker than you could spit. Would not matter who it was then unless that had a dynamic IP or proxy. Then you have to ban the account but it's not likely to be a mistake is it. Just like the faq there are TOC that you agree to when signing up.
