It is an absolutely hilarious book.
Well worth a read of the latest edition (the 'Magna Farta'), if you can lay your wanking spanners on a copy. Definition of 'IBM' is particularly outstanding.

i think most drivers
must just skip the bits about cyclists then, or interpret them as 'do not give way to cyclists, do not give them space, overtake them in stupid places, hit if possible'
