Interesting that the shooter had the presence of mind to collect the shell casings - presumably this means there was another witness, or might he have had a revolver?

to be fair he was only trying to be helpful
a few months ago i was in waitrose car park and an old man looked like he was struggling to get his take apart mobility scooter into his boot so i offered to help, he said he's OK but as he turned to say that he fell over. you live and learn
