...is confusing at best.

This is a normal post reminds me of the ol criminal justice act and banning "repetitive beats"
Hell my old homebrew would be illegal under this.

This is a normal post I'm ambivalent

You shouldn't blanket ban everything due to a few chemicals being dangerous. That being said, they wouldn't be developed in the first place if mdma and coke were decriminalised.
At least herbal highs (however dagerous) are created by "legitimate" companies. The ban will only encourage black market sales of God knows what.

This is a normal post I'm sure its fairly unpopular
But, in theory I agree, ideally I think drugs should be leagalised and regualted, but failing that, creating unending compounds syntheticly to get around drug laws is potoentially much more dangerous...

This is a normal post given that at the point someone was caught by police it would only be pertinent if they intended to give it to other people.

This is a normal post If they are not going after alcohol
It's not a war, it's a skirmish.

This is a normal post Can't this just be sidestepped by labeling them "not for human consumption"?
That's what they do at the minute, innit?
A friend of mine (cough) used to regularly indulge in herbal incense, and that shit will munt you over.
Strange that it should be legal whilst the real stuff is banned. Not to say that the answer is to outlaw all of it...

This is a normal post maybe if they put a tax on them they'd become less harmful
seems to work for alcohol and fags.

This is a normal post ^what this beautiful swimsuit model said.
Just noticed that a facebook 'friend' had a rant against 'drugs' this morning.
Which makes a change from his usual early hours, alcohol-fuelled pityfest.

This is a normal post Not agreeing or disagreeing but just another soundbite to appeal to core supporters that 'we are doing something'
Same old bollocks "we will crack down on this and that" with no specifics as to how anything will happen in reality. Seize Illegal Immigrants Pay. Oh of course you know where they are being illegal and they hardly are in PAYE. Total bollocks.

Edit: I removed previous comment and edited this

This is a normal post Irrespective of the merits of any ban,
it seems a bit premature to be moaning about what the Bill says, given that not even a first draft has been published yet.
