I suggest you don't post twee, boastful answers to the question 'what's the worst thing you've ever done?' if you can't handle any genuine responses to it. Yes, you did a very nasty thing and your nauseatingly coy one-line 'story' about it (not exactly compellingly told, was it?) followed by 'I'm not excusing it BUT...' with a series of self-serving excuses, cloying self-pity and inexpert flirting was enough to bring out the hater in anyone who read it.

You got one response that did anything other than stroke your already inflated ego so you chucked your toys out of the pram by deleting the entire thread. Fortunately I have the whole thing saved so can repost it later if I can be bothered (probably not).

Hey, Eccentrica - I'm sure I remember reading another post from you in this thread, earlier - in which, you repeated the initial post, verbatim. You didn't delete it, did you? Because that would make you a massive hypocrite, having deleted exactly the same content as the OP...
