If you feel like contacting her to try and win her back, don't. Let her remember how much she misses you and perhaps send a text in a week or so.

My ex broke up with me about a year ago and I didn't take it very well, I know it's hard at the moment but you've just got to keep busy, I coped by giving myself a routine every day so I wouldn't have time to moan and wallow in self pity.
