I have no idea why this is, but for some reason when I'm alone at night I never turn on the lights in the hallway or landing when I'm walking about the house.(

Because of the trauma when you were achild and your Mum would shout 'It's like bloody blackpool lights in here' take off her slipper and wack you on the back of your legs?
