Worse still...... is note on the bottom, coins on top and then receipt over that!
What can you do from there? You can't tip the coins out without the receipt floating away. Your only options are to stuff the whole lot into a pocket and deal with the carnage later or to put down everything you are holding and sort it all out.

That's the thing...I can only glare balefully at the 'assistant'. Glare balefully and slowly dissect my change; thrusting coins into coin pocket; notes into wallet and receipt hurled back at their stupid, unthinking faces. It takes time, so it does; time I'm ill-equipped to donate to them.
