How nerdy are you?This week Gary Gygax, co-creator of Dungeons and Dragons, died. A whole generation of pasty dice-obsessed nerds owes him big time. Me included.
So, in his honour, how nerdy were you? Are you still sunlight-averse? What are the sad little things you do that nobody else understands?
As an example, a B3ta regular who shall remain nameless told us, "I spent an entire school summer holiday getting my BBC Model B computer to produce filthy stories from an extensive database of names, nouns, adjectives, stock phrases and deviant sexual practices. It revolutionised the porn magazine dirty letter writing industry for ever.

I've always felt....That turning down the offer to go out and wreak semi-legal havoc with one of the "coolest" guys in school (on numerous occasions) in order to stay in and play Tomb Raider on the Sega Saturn was a turning point in my life.
Also spending 6pm-12midnight on the internet playing TFC back when it was only free to connect between those hours when I should have been outside gallavanting with girls.
p.s. if you reconnect just before 12 midnight (i.e. 11.57) you get TWO MORE HOURS.
Take THAT system!

Oh and going by what tinypod said a few posts back, I fall into the category of cringing intensley at my effort but being fully aware that there are infinitely geekier people than me in this thread that revel in it :)
