Afternoon old boyAs amusing and worryingly plausible as that is, it wouldn't be the most ridiculous thing to happen at City this year. Allowing Tevez back into the team shows a terrible lack of nous on Mancini's part. He should be left to rot in the reserves until he's forgotten by all but the most avid LOTR fans. Surely City should have enough firepower to not need him?

He'll get another tilt at it, of courseas Roman Abramovich isn't his boss. Nonetheless if they don't win the title this has to qualify as a backwards step on last year
