Just a quick question that I've just wondered.
If I take up one of the possitions in my current company, it would mean moving from one job to another, even though its the same company and even the same department... would that mean I don't get redundancy leave? I mean, naturally I think I wouldn't, but that would kindda be like a month's wages that I could have gotten that I wouldn't.

Seems almost like a punishment for staying in my job.
I don't know is this is me being wonky-brain.

No wonky brain is after too much horse tranquilliser.
Sometimes fun, often disastrous.

Direct transfer should = no gap in pay or being made redundant.
Just a switch, innit.

Try not to think of redundancy as free money.

most people consider staying in a job as a reward.
