27 minutes exactly.First alarm - 6:00AM. Second Alarm 6:25. Get up, turn on shower, take care of other things while the water heats up, shower, teeth, dress, grab a bottle of sparkling water for the walk and out the door at 6:52 on the dot, every day.
I have it so fine tuned that even something as small as having to get a new tube of toothpaste from the cupboard can throw me out of whack though.
