Time for a newbie.
What's good for a hangover? Please don't say drinking too much a few hours previously. I find liquids, and cooked food helps. And vitamin B.

The key is SLEEP.
If you cannot remain asleep due to work or whatever, then this works OK:

1. Pint of water and some painkillers
2. Hot bath
3. Fried breakfast inc full cream Coca-cola and coffee
(ideally at this point you go back to bed for 3 hours)
4. Bloody Mary or Michelada
5. Six-eight pints of Peroni and a mountain of cocaine

If you're still feeling shit after that, you have alcohol poisoning so unlucky, dog, you're on your own.

Water and painkillers before bed and then one or two ice cold cans of coke and a spliff for breakfast. When you can stomach food again a cold can of spaghetti with meatballs always works.

Pukka Detox tea works quite well
Couple of aspirin, eat as soon as you can, drink plenty of water.

personal fave
if you're in any fit state to do so, pint of water and some greasy carbs before bed.
IF you know one's coming, and you're preparing beforehand, set one of those gross meal-in-a-tin nurishment shakes or similar on the bedside, along with a bottle of water and some aspirin. set an alarm for two hours before you need to get up, wake, chong these then go back to bed.
also berocca and a pint of cold water and an aspirin works after the fact.

and naturally a cheeky bong. nothig extravagant, don't rolla camberwell carrot, just one to take the edgte of and let you eat.
