Do they have to be sick? Not that it matters, if any of you lot need a little help just let me know.
Ethics got in my way when I wanted to take all my holiday with 6 months left of the year and work told me ethically they have a duty of care to make sure I have days available for the remainder of the year just in case.

Its not that I had to take some each month.
It was that they didn't want me to work 6 months afterwards without taking a holiday day.
