They're lowering the drink-drive limit up here.I don't have sympathy for people that get tanked and drive, however I'm concerned about the impact it'll have the morning after.

Scotland.Lowering it to 50mg and rushing it through before Christmas. The AA et al seem to think it's pointless as most alcohol attributable crashes do not sit above that but below the current limit.
