This is a question Sacked II

I once had a "friend" (I hated his guts) who lost two jobs on the same day - he drunkenly crashed the taxi he was driving when he was supposed to be at his office job. How have you been sacked?

:D Brilliant.
Back in the days when we used to have an Admin Bloke, our mental case volunteered (ie went to the boss and whined at him until he gave in) to take over Admin Bloke's job of sorting out everyone's hours for the claim forms we sent in each month for overtime, weekend hours and untaken meal-breaks. Admin Bloke asked the boss why he'd given in, and the boss showed him a set of complaints Mental Case had put in against Admin Bloke mostly about his hours being down (We were overstaffed at the time because I was back from the Falklands for a break, and Mental Case had played the mental card to get posted to Brize despite A: him being from Scotland, all his family LIVING in Scotland and him not knowing anyone at Brize other than me and another bloke, both of whom he didn't like. And B: Brize being fully staffed at the time.) "I'm just giving him enough rope. You're NOT to help him, let's see how soon he gets bored of this."
First month goes ok, mostly because Admin Bloke had already sorted most of the stuff out before Mental Case took over and all claims were paid a month in arrears.
Second month, most people find discrepancies. Mental Case says he'll get them sorted, but the pay providers at Bath won't do anything until the next month. (This was actually the case at the time so nobody gave it a second thought.)
Third month, last month's fuck-ups hadn't been dealt with, and there were more fuck-ups with the pay.
Two weeks into the third month Mental Case throws his toys out of the crib, sends an email to everyone in our office which went as follows:
Dear all.
I AM SICK FED UP OF EVERYONE HAVING A GO AT ME OVER THE PAY.
I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS. I ONLY TRIED TO HELP. I HAVE OTHER JOBS TO BE GETTING ON WITH IN THE WORKDAY SAME AS ANYONE. NEXT PERSON HAS A GO AT ME WILL GET REPORTED TO PMETO.
Then he went home in the middle of his shift and stayed off work for a fortnight claiming stress.
Admin Bloke takes back responsibility for claims and that and all goes back to normal.
The boss tried to use this to get shot of Mental Case once and for all, but Senior Mismanagement were too spineless to go with it.

The thing that really fucks me off about Mental Case and Queen Whinge though is this:
The Met office is still technically part of the Civil Service.
Under the rules, they CAN sack someone if they've been given 3 verbal warnings about behaviour, followed by 3 written warnings.
There's also instantly sackable things of course, but they din't apply here.
But cunts like these NEVER get sacked. They pull the mental card and suddenly they're back to the first verbal warning with no questions asked by the cunts in charge.

Hell, even the bloke that got caught wanking on his plane home from the Falklands had been on his 3rd written warning for "Inappropriate behaviour" BEFORE he got posted to what was in effect Disneyland for alcoholics. And he even went home halfway through his tour for a PROMOTION BOARD. Which he PASSED.
And it took the ONE decent HR person in the WHOLE of the Met office OVER A FUCKING YEAR to get him sacked even WITH all the prior evidence against him because the senior management were frightened that the story might "bring the Met office into disrepute". Which is an instantly sackable offence.
:/

in this case
mental bitch can't even get employment with an agency any more, after every job they set up for her ended with her claiming discrimination and talking about her behind her back. she decided to start her own business as an estate agent. this lasted 3 months, as she took no notice of peoples' requirements and instead tried to sell them the houses she thought they deserved.

:D That's a win for society.

yes, but
if someone says they want a 3-bed house with garage, front and back gardens and a rural location, trying to fob them off with a pokey flat on the third floor of a high-rise block because "it's closer to your kids' school" isn't going to win you many clients
