Probably not.And it completely disregards two facts of our 'justice' system. 1. You pay the price for your crimes, you are reintegrated to society, and 2. Criminals can't vote anyway. And in fact, it was Jack Straw and the Labour Party who originally wanted to give prisoners the right to vote, provided they weren't in prison for more than 4 years and had not been convicted of violent crime.
