Well, let's see. The Republic formed, and then the Jedi came, but they got too weak and outnumbered, so they all died and they turned into ghostsAnd then the Empire came and they bought AT-ATs and Star Destroyers. And Princess Leia started wearing all of Jabba's slave girl clothes. I couldn't believe it.
