I actually cultivate them in the gardenUnforunately when I had the problem, from a store bought strawberry plant, the ladybirds had died off and the larvae unhatched.
EDIT: I think when I bought them a couple of years ago I got them from that site. THe only trouble is someone press ctrl I near them and they came out black with red spots.
