I don't think it will improve things but it will prevent them from getting worseIf we just roll over and acquiesce every time someone threatens violence, then before you know it we'll have fundamentalists of every religious hue assembling hate mobs to get their point across. Not just religions either - the BNP have historically been a bit tasty in a rumble, so why don't we give in and let them have their way all the time too?
