I think if you wait until no more data is being uploaded, and then press the stop button, it works. and then press the stop button it works.It seems to upload at the normal rate but forget to finish. Or maybe you're right and it's something to do with coming back later for the image to appear on the list.
Trying out imgur.com ... seems a good option. Nicer than tinypic.

I had that happen once, I gave up and refreshed the page, but magically, my image made it up there.I have since learned to do the upload in another tab, so I can still enjoy the rich and fresh content while I wait

What a fantabulous animation!And as far as image hosting goes, I don't know why photobucket gets knocked so badly on here. Apart from them removing a Hitler picture, I've had no problems at all.
