# i once asked a guy about people who do that
and he looked quite sad and said 'i don't like it, i'm doing this because i don't want to beg and the idea is that i sell the paper. but i need the money so i have to accept it'

i felt quite bad for him but since then i've also always just bought the magazine even if i don't bother reading it.



edit: that looks like criticism of you but it's honestly not, just what happened to me :) my guess is most vendors don't give much of a shit if people want to take the magazine or not
