use the auto-bracketing in your cameraI shoot 6 exposures from -3 through to +2 with 1 stop gaps...the better your camera the more you'll get out of shooting even more exposures
alot of the 'pro's' shoot -4 to to +4 with the full frame cameras, +4 on mine is generally just white!
