As long as the water is hot, you're OK.
When you're washing up, your detergent (liquid) cleans the dirt off, the heat of the water kills the bacteria.

technically speaking all you need is a mixture of water, vinegar, baking soda and lemon juice to clean your entire house.
Commercial window cleaner is pretty much 50/50 water/vinegar with some colourant in it.
