Dull.I had this spot on my forehead and instead of popping, it became this hard lump. I've been trying to get rid of it for two weeks and it was just there, this hard lump on my face. I was going at it at work today and I took a couple layers of skin off so I could see underneath, but I still couldn't get any of the pus out.
Just now, after I got home from work, I dug at it with a pair of tweezers and managed to loosen it. I squeezed really hard and it popped out but it wasn't like a usual spot it was more like an egg that had the shell removed, where there's that membrane that keeps the contents of the egg in, except it was full of pus and not egg. But yeah, I managed to get it out and now my forehead is smooth once more. That was the highlight of my day.

i had one of those oncestuck a darning needle in it, then squeezed it. it came out like a worm.

I was looking for a needle but I couldn't find one.Originally I was trying a small screwdriver but it wasn't sharp enough.
