one British & one Italian apparantly - Desire Wilson...
Don't even go there with British rail - I will literally go mental one day. Especially when a computer say's it's 'sorry for the delay'. it's not. It. Is. A. Computer.

that really really bugs me - i heard a good one the other day 'Please do not get on the train arriving on platform 2 as its just stopping to let the driver off'!
