I have never owned a cat.But we took in a 'stray' once that came regularly for feeding when we moved into a new house, thinking it belonged to the previous tenant. Got a bit suspicious as it got fatter and fatter though; further research revealed 3 families who thought it was 'their' cat!

that's cats for youi had one for a year, it kept headbutting me for food, despite the fact that everyone else on the block was feeding it treats
