
that 'email' is generated EVERY time you connect to a Hotmail account from Outlook Express for the 'first' time (i.e. when you make a new OE account)... Because yes, it's still a trial service, and depending on your computer, your internet connection, and the load on their servers, yes it may happen to go tits-up sometimes.
At least they're trying to make webmail more accessible - Yahoo used to allow POP access then decided to charge, cnuts.

with Yahoo for nowt. Just sign up for 'Yahoo delivers' and the fewest newsletters possible. I don't even remember receiving anything from it to be honest.
