Natural?What's natural about deliberately feeding a live rat to pirahnas in a tank? That's not the natural world, it's a sick act performed by a sick person. In the natural world pirahnas do eat animals that fall into the water, but they fall in accidentally and naturally. They aren't put there on purpose by sick humans.
