Strangely enough,its not very detailed at all. No skin pores, fine hairs, individual eyelashes etc. Even the hair is just chunky polygon strips, rather than strands.
I dont have the patience for the level of detail realistic stuff entails. I always prefer stylised/ cartoony stuff.
