Indeed.
The fact that I have it on DVD is neither here nor there. There's something about when a favourite film comes on proper telly that meas it has to be watched, adverts and all.

I know what you mean
but I've started to watch a film on TV, but then popped in the DVD for it instead in case anything is cut on the TV version! You can take your breaks when you want then! (such as when the little one gets out of bed cause she can't sleep - you'll see!)

I only tend to do that if it's one of those fiendish things where they break it for half an hour for the news...
