I was talking to a lady

Who's Granddaughter went on one of their digs. She said it is total con really. When they find anything worthwhile ( A skull for example ) they immediately cover it all up again with a thin layer of soil . Then they go and get the camera crew, start filming, then uncover it again.
OK then Phil, Action! "Oh moi god Tony look what oi 'ave just found!"
