I think you'll find that this post:b3ta.com/board/10358185 (which is on the front page of the site at the minute) perfectly encapsulates the 'I've never seen Star Wars and I don't get it' attitude - you're in fine company (and if anything there seem to be more people who don't like Star Wars than there are people who don't like Masterchef, it seems). B3ta's a broad church.
