DullNice scenes of desolation and effects. But nothing really happened.
Getting pretty tired of these ludicrously drawn-out American serials. They have no imagination, spread out a few good ideas over months of episodes and then wonder why they get canned just when they think they're getting to the 'good bit'.
The new V is watchable, but the original covered as much in its two-part pilot as this one did in the entire first series. At least Spartacus gets a few good scraps in each time.

i have to agree about Vi doubt we'll ever see the last ever one though, i've a feeling it'll be cancelled.

Maybe more chance now that Universal / Sciffy are all joined up.Years ago it used to be Sci-Fi only ever broadcast other people's shows that had already been canned.
