This website asks contributors to keep their posts under 100kb to help the speeds.
Many people have less-than-lightning-fast connections (me included, on mobile wi-fi) and it can be a real pain in the neck if someone posts a very large image here.
So please read the FAQ, and then pull up a kitten etc.
