Is there any significance in the eagle looking to the right?the presidential seal etc. has the eagle facing left, and it seems very 'deliberate' to focus on the eagle

It's odd, as the seal on the floor has it facing left,yet the eagle figure is facing right, and is deliberately focused on.

It's possible it's for "copyright" issues (or whatever the relevant law would be)maybe they reversed the shot, or someone screwed up in props
