1, Meta keywords are useless for SEO
2, Submitting your site is pointless
3, This is old hat - I am not saying that with constant and bitter maintenance this may not help, but sculpting your outflowing PR is not really relevant, much better to link often and link generously.
4, Okay, I'll give you that, this bit is accurate.
5, Absolutely. SEO provides the best ROI of any media for almost all my clients.
