im not saying laws that protect women from rapists are unfairi just notice a big difference between euro law and yank law. in Europe he would have probably just had to pay a fine or what do i know. i shake my head when i hear that rapists just get like 5 years here and murderers 9 or 10 while he didn't rape her (thank god) and can get 15-20.
