Not bought anything from Kezie, was a bit wary of meat from the post.
Is it just vac-sealed or keep chilled somehow?

with loads of ice packs (which have weird frozen gel in them).

I like Impala above all things, although crocodile is excellent (but too expensive for everyday eating).
